Our mission is to create a community where adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities are empowered to live full, productive, and satisfying lives in a God-centered environment. We accomplish our mission through a robust day program, meaningful work opportunities and innovative residential services. Wellspring Community empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful lives through opportunities for learning, independence, friendship, and belonging. Our Day Program offers engaging activities that build skills, encourage creativity, and support participation in the broader community. Across our programs, we value each person’s dignity, choices, strengths, and goals, partnering with individuals and families to support the lives they want to lead. Our Community Living program brings these values into everyday life through intentional communities—places where people can build relationships, support one another, and develop greater independence while having access to individualized services. Unity at Wolf offers a homeownership option through residences available for purchase, while Unity at Park offers affordable rental housing in partnership with the Douglas County Housing Partnership. These distinct housing options share a common vision: a home of your own, meaningful connections with neighbors, and opportunities to belong and thrive.
