TLC was founded in 2002, serving the community for 24 years. Our mission is to advocate & promote meaningful participation in all aspects of life for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. We provide personalized supports to help each individual. We create a loving home environment that is as unique as each individual we serve. All residential providers have extensive background and history working with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We work to help individuals in services develop natural supports and friendships within their community. Our agency provides opportunities for greater choices to increase an individuals control over their own life. With over 80% of our clients having been with us for at least 3 years, our agency prides itself with the culture of community and trust that has been built over the years.
