All our host homes are friendly and welcoming and our PCAs have well trained staff. With Supported Community Connections, Holy Host Home Agency LLC prioritizes our clients' interests and our community outings are centered around the client's freedom of choice. During our day program hours we provide snacks and drinks and focus on supporting our clients while they are out in the community.
