Established over a decade ago, our agency has been a trusted partner in the disabled community, helping individuals achieve their dreams of living independently and participating in the community of their choice. Founder Tim Thornton was an advocate in the disabled community for over 30 years and helped author the legislation that enabled IHSS services to be an option for people with disabilities in the State of Colorado.
