Founded in 2001, Design View Construction, LLC is a general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial construction and remodeling, insurance disaster claims, real estate transactions, and renovation and remodeling for elderly adults and people with disabilities. We offer personal attention to every project, as well as reasonable project costs. To accomplish each project, we employ a professional staff of supervisors, carpenters, laborers, equipment operators, and qualified subcontractors. Each project is completed to exact specifications, on time and on budget, while we closely monitor actual versus forecasted schedule. We provide estimates and a reliable, timely cost model, developed with an understanding of each project's unique requirements to ensure compliance with all standards. All our projects are certified, insured, and supervised by a licensed Contractor. All necessary permits and inspections in accordance with IRC/IBC and local building codes accompany each project. The services we provide are based on the construction process and selection criteria preferred by our clients. Since 2001, we have completed some of the most challenging projects, and with over 80% of our work coming from repeat sources, providing quality services to our customers is our number one priority.
