JMJ's approach in supporting individuals with disabilities and their families is rooted in the dignity of the whole person, fostering independence through a person-centered approach at every stage of life.
JMJ Community Partners mission and vision is to empower families and communities to support people with disabilities. We place families and communities at the center of providing services and supports, with the intention for all to learn the dignity and beauty of each human person through mutual dependency. Our desire is to impact communities by keeping and living out a simple life and doing the little things well. We were founded out of the desire to help individuals with disabilities and their families from a point of diagnosis and throughout the lifespan. We see how many families struggle to navigate Medicaid, healthcare, school, and employment for their loved ones with disabilities, and most lack long-term succession plans. Our approach integrates meaningful connection, investment, and guidance at every stage of life through a supportive, like-minded community of people with the goal to have greater independence within our community.
