Our Mission: Family care that pays. At Abby Care, we’re creating a future where underserved special needs children receive care at home, and family caregivers are compensated for their work—because care work is real work. By becoming certified, caregivers take the first step toward meaningful work: helping their child live their best life. Abby Care is a Paid Family Caregiving company supporting families across 16+ counties in Colorado. Through programs like Family CNA and In-Home Support Services (IHSS) and PASA, we help Medicaid recipients of any age (child or adult) get the long-term care they need—from someone they already trust: family. We guide family members through the process of becoming paid caregivers, offering free training (if needed), weekly pay, and benefits like PTO, 401K options, and more. Our training programs are 100% paid for by Abby Care and designed to be flexible and accessible. Beyond pay and training, we’re focused on community. Our families connect through events, private platforms, and dedicated advocates who check in regularly—because no one should feel alone on this journey.
