A Mindful Care LLC

A Mindful Care LLC is a small, independently owned agency with dreams of growing into a place where individuals and families can find a wide range of support, without ever losing the personal touch that makes us who we are. Our main focus is IRSS/Host Home and Supported Community Connections (SCC). Whether someone needs a supportive place to call home or opportunities to get out, build friendships, and enjoy their community, we want them to feel comfortable, included, and encouraged to be themselves. We believe good care starts with getting to know the person, not just their needs. We take the time to understand each individual's interests, goals, and what matters most to them. We work closely with families, guardians, and case managers because we believe strong relationships make a difference. We also offer Community Connector, Respite, and Mentorship services.
