Colorado Kids Home Care is a family-owned home care provider built around one simple belief: families come first. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, our team is committed to making home care feel less overwhelming and more supportive from day one. We provide In-Home Support Services (IHSS) through Health First Colorado’s Community First Choice (CFC) program, empowering family members and trusted individuals to become care providers for children and adults with chronic health conditions and/or disabilities. We work closely with Physicians, Case Management Agencies (CMAs), parents, family members, and friends to deliver compassionate, individualized support tailored to each family's unique needs. Through collaboration and care, we strive to build a nurturing community where children and adults can thrive and families feel supported every step of the way.
