PASCO provides home health care services and supports so that every person may live a fulfilled life in their home and community regardless of disability.
PASCO is a disability services and supports agency in Colorado that provides assistance to individuals with varying physical, developmental, and cognitive needs. PASCO founder, Barry Rosenberg, was instrumental in advocating for the creation of the family C.N.A. program in Colorado in 2001. Since that time, PASCO has been focused on servicing the Family Caregiver Model that helps clients of all ages live independently in the community. A guiding principle of PASCO is choice; we help clients live independently within their own homes and community with their caregiver of their choice. PASCO services clients all along the front range of Colorado and provides services under all 9 Medicaid waivers and Community First Choice. Our team consists of incredible nurses, experts in Medicaid eligibility and waivers, as well as advocates for the disability community. PASCO is known for its grassroots efforts in advocating for individuals experiencing disabilities with legislators locally and federally. As a whole, PASCO creates and maintains a community where individuals of all ability levels can pursue and succeed with choice and independence. Our full spectrum of services, from self-directed care to skilled nursing to child and family therapy; eliminates the need to switch agencies as needs evolve, providing stability and peace of mind. We handle complexities, so families can focus on what truly matters; delivering quality care. With PASCO, you're not just getting care; you're gaining a lifelong support system.
