Delivering, advocating & educating for integrative therapy, primary care, and other complementary services to reduce health disparities and costs by improving health equity and outcomes for individuals with physical disabilities.
At the Chanda Center for Health, we believe that people living with long-term physical disabilities have the right to create their own healthcare path, live independently, and be active members in community. Many individuals living with long-term physical disabilities experience chronic pain and discomfort, which can lead to feelings of isolation, overuse of medications and depression. We deliver services and positive health outcomes through an integrative healthcare model including acupuncture, massage, chiropractic care, adaptive yoga, physical therapy, mental health and care coordination. Through our partnerships we also provide our participants with access to primary care services and providing resources to reduce healthcare barriers . Our providers work in a collaborative environment with one goal – to improve the health and wellness of people living with long-term physical disabilities.
Services and specialty codes are based on HCPF's specialty code list .
