We are a Program Approved Service Agency working in the community to improve the lives of individuals receiving home and community base waiver services. We are focused on providing service that will enrich an individual, teach independent skills and provide a safe environment to live. Our program is focused around Residential Care, Pre-Vocational Services, Supported Community Connections and Non-Medical Transportation.
