**Wound Care: where we truly shine.** Our wound-care–trained registered nurses follow evidence-based protocols and collaborate closely with your physician or wound clinic. We treat surgical incisions, pressure injuries, venous/arterial ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, traumatic wounds, ostomies, and burns. Services include thorough assessments, debridement coordination, advanced dressings, negative-pressure wound therapy (wound VAC) management, infection prevention, and photo-based progress tracking. We teach practical, step-by-step care techniques so patients and caregivers feel confident between visits. **Therapy Services that restore independence.** Our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists come to you to rebuild strength, balance, mobility, and endurance; improve daily living skills (bathing, dressing, cooking); and address swallowing or communication challenges after stroke or illness. Therapists also perform home-safety evaluations and recommend adaptive equipment to reduce fall risk. We make starting care simple: a friendly call, fast eligibility check, and a thorough start-of-care assessment. Contact us to discuss needs and timelines—our team is ready to help.
