MyStrides is new, registered in Colorado and approved by (HCPF) as a PASA effective September 2025, to work with persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to ensure they are healthy, safe and active members of their community.
The Mission of MyStrides LLC is to assist persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to be healthy, safe and active members of their community. The journey of MyStrides LLC was occasioned decades ago when our daughter, then twenty one months old fell ill with malaria. What we considered a common ailment degenerated into complications and impacted her with multiple strokes and a brain injury. As parents, we embraced the challenge and started researching solutions for persons with learning disabilities. Over the years, we have provided host home services and Patience has eight years of experience from Adams 12 Stars school district as a Transition Coach, supporting students with IDD. She also has extensive experience as a care giver. At Mystrides, we bring experience, passion and a system to support our clients thrive in their strides. Suffice it to say that today, our daughter is an Advocate, working alongside persons with IDD. At MyStrides, we are seasoned, supportive and will strive together with our clients.
